It analyzes the causes of outdated educational programs, a shortage of qualified teachers, poor facilities, limited clinical practice, and low student motivation. Solutions are proposed, including updating programs, improving teacher qualifications, upgrading equipment, expanding practical facilities, and measures aimed at increasing student motivation.
