The study examines the theoretical foundations of temperament research, analyzes modern approaches to its diagnosis, and offers practical recommendations for teachers working with children with different temperament types.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The paper includes a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on temperament and a practical study conducted at a municipal general education institution involving 72 students in grades 2\u20133, 6 teachers, and 68 parents. The study identified the manifestations of four temperament types in children&#8217;s learning activities, defined the psychological and pedagogical conditions for an effective individualized approach, and developed specific methodological recommendations for improving the quality of the educational process. The study results showed that taking individual temperament characteristics into account in the educational process contributes to a 0,7-point increase in academic performance, an increase in learning motivation in 78 % of students, and a 43 % reduction in conflict situations.
