These phenomena can significantly hinder the learning process, negatively impact interpersonal relationships, and impede students’ social adaptation.

The paper provides a detailed analysis of the causes of such outbursts, including psychological aspects (academic stress, self-doubt, emotional immaturity), social factors (conflicts with classmates, peer pressure, family problems), and physiological factors (hormonal changes, lack of sleep, fatigue). Particular attention is given to the long-term consequences, which can manifest themselves in decreased motivation for learning, worsening psycho-emotional well-being, and problems with self-esteem.

The article offers a comprehensive approach to solving the problem, including prevention strategies such as creating a safe and supportive educational environment, implementing programs to develop emotional intelligence, and teaching students self-regulation techniques (breathing exercises, stress management). A significant place is devoted to pedagogical support: conflict de-escalation methods, individualized support plans, and interaction with psychologists are described. Students are provided with practical advice on recognizing triggers, self-control, and seeking help. The material is addressed to students, teachers, school psychologists, and parents striving to create a favorable environment for learning and personal growth.

The article emphasizes the importance of collaboration among all participants in the educational process and offers a list of additional resources, including books, websites, and hotlines, for in-depth study of the topic and practical application of recommendations.

Keywords: emotional outbursts; students; anger; stress; self-regulation; prevention; pedagogical support; emotional intelligence; educational environment; conflicts; psychological support; de-escalation; triggers; academic performance; psycho-emotional health

Fazilova Sevara Sabirovna Buka, Uzbekistan E-mail: s76181139@gmail.com Abstract.
