The relevance of this topic stems from the growing role of emotional competencies in modern society, where effective interaction is becoming the foundation of professional and personal success. The purpose of this study is to uncover the influence of emotional intelligence on the quality of communication and offer practical recommendations for its development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The study examines the theoretical foundations of emotional intelligence, including its concept, components, and main theories, as well as a comparison with rational intelligence. Particular attention is paid to the role of emotional intelligence in communication, particularly the influence of empathy and self-regulation on establishing rapport and developing communicative competence. Based on a review of the literature, such as the works of D. Goleman and P. Salovey, it is emphasized that a high level of emotional intelligence contributes to deeper mutual understanding and a reduction in conflict in communication. The practical section includes a review of emotional intelligence assessment methods, such as the MSCEIT and EQ-i questionnaires, and offers recommendations for its development, including mindfulness training and empathic listening exercises. The study draws on qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, including a review of scientific literature and practical examples.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This work is intended for specialists in psychology, education, and human resources management, as well as anyone seeking to improve their communication effectiveness.
