Particular attention is paid to challenges such as the interdisciplinary nature and conceptual complexity of the material being studied, information overload, psychological barriers, including fear of the apparent incomprehensibility of the subject, motivational difficulties, resistance to innovative approaches, and lack of confidence in one&#8217;s own competencies.
