Effective use of time resources is becoming a key factor in personal and professional success. This paper examines the theoretical foundations of time management, analyzes time management methods, and explores the causes of ineffective time use, such as digital procrastination, poor planning, and others, including in educational and work activities, as well as the failure to take sociocultural characteristics into account.
