This article analyzes the current state of inclusive education in Uzbekistan&#8217;s universities. Based on a review of the regulatory framework, scientific publications, and other materials, the main challenges related to physical and pedagogical accessibility, staff training, and social barriers are identified. Particular attention is paid to the interconnectedness of inclusive education at different levels of education: without the effective development of inclusion in preschools and schools, its successful implementation in higher education is impossible.
