Abrorova Gavar

Abstract. In today’s rapidly changing world, the importance of child rearing cannot be overstated, especially if it is rooted in national traditions. This article examines the comprehensive role education plays in child development. The author focuses not only on academic achievement but also on the development of social skills, personality development, and cultural identity. Particular attention is paid to how education is linked to customs and traditions, which are essential components of upbringing. Scholars believe that the inclusion of local history, folklore, and rituals in the curriculum plays a significant role in preserving cultural heritage. The author emphasizes that school is a place for the transmission of traditions, the development of respect for other cultural experiences, and the fostering of a sense of social cohesion. Education must remain flexible in the face of globalization and technological change, fostering critical thinking and traditions. The role of educators in creating an accessible, inclusive, and high-quality educational environment is given special attention.
