Abstract. The article «Emotional Outbursts in Students: Analysis, Prevention, and Pedagogical Support» addresses one of the key problems in the modern educational environment: emotional outbursts, which manifest as anger, irritation, hysteria, or other uncontrollable reactions. These phenomena can significantly hinder the learning process, negatively impact interpersonal relationships, and impede students’ social adaptation.

The paper provides a detailed analysis of the causes of such outbursts, including psychological aspects (academic stress, self-doubt, emotional immaturity), social factors (conflicts with classmates, peer pressure, family problems), and physiological factors (hormonal changes, lack of sleep, fatigue). Particular attention is given to the long-term consequences, which can manifest themselves in decreased motivation for learning, worsening psycho-emotional well-being, and problems with self-esteem.

The article offers a comprehensive approach to solving the problem, including prevention strategies such as creating a safe and supportive educational environment, implementing programs to develop emotional intelligence, and teaching students self-regulation techniques (breathing exercises, stress management). A significant place is devoted to pedagogical support: conflict de-escalation methods, individualized support plans, and interaction with psychologists are described. Students are provided with practical advice on recognizing triggers, self-control, and seeking help. The material is addressed to students, teachers, school psychologists, and parents striving to create a favorable environment for learning and personal growth.

The article emphasizes the importance of collaboration among all participants in the educational process and offers a list of additional resources, including books, websites, and hotlines, for in-depth study of the topic and practical application of recommendations.
