The role of family and school communication culture in pedagogical interaction with adolescents

Abstract. This article examines the influence of family and school on the development of communication culture with adolescents. It analyzes psychological changes during adolescence, the approaches of family and school to these changes, their interactions, and their role in shaping communication culture. It is noted that adolescence is a period of significant psychological changes that influence the development of personality and social skills. During this period, family and school play a key role in shaping the adolescent’s communication culture, directly influencing their ability to build healthy relationships with the outside world. The family is the first social environment in which adolescents learn the norms and rules of communication. In turn, school, as an educational institution, provides adolescents with the opportunity to interact with diverse social groups. Teachers and classmates become role models for adolescents and a source of new knowledge about communication culture. Family-school interaction plays a vital role in shaping adolescent communication culture. Practical recommendations and analytical reflections based on social environmental issues are presented.
