Problems of teaching medicine in colleges: modern challenges and solutions

Abstract. This article examines the key challenges of teaching medical disciplines in secondary vocational educational institutions (colleges). It analyzes the causes of outdated educational programs, a shortage of qualified teachers, poor facilities, limited clinical practice, and low student motivation. Solutions are proposed, including updating programs, improving teacher qualifications, upgrading equipment, expanding practical facilities, and measures aimed at increasing student motivation. This work is based on an analysis of current research and reflects the current challenges of the secondary medical education system.
